Fairhaven Fitness 21 Day Body Transformation Boot Camp

Better hurry, these 2 boot camps are filling fast!  If you are 40 - 60 years old and unhappy with your body, are out of shape, and tired of ....being tired, then try our 21 day Body Transformation Boot Camp to get a jump start on your fitness.  We combine 3 days of classic boot camp (except we won't yell at you, but we certainly WILL challenge you) with 2 days of indoor cycling to burn gobs of calories, build lean muscle, and kick your metabolism into high gear. 

Starts June 6th: Choose either 5:45-6:30am , 5:30-6:15pm, and 6:30-7:15pm.

 2 Body Diagnostics sessions: Weigh, Measure, Body Fat Analysis
 3 muscle toning Boot Camp Training Sessions per week (45 min)
