On Wednesday April 4th the BTCFF tennis instructors, WWU club team members, & USTA"s Mark Toppe all volunteered a few hours to introduce the great game to some of our future players and stars. Kids from the Boy's & Girl's Clubs of Lynden, Ferndale, & Bellingham were bussed in to enjoy the experience at a real tennis club.USTA and BTCFF are introducing the new 10 & under format of softer balls, smaller rackets, and shortened courts to make the game easier for the youngsters to be enjoy the game at their level. Success always brings a smile.
